Our testing fee includes specimen collection, shipment of the specimen samples to the testing laboratory, the specimen analysis, the generation of the testing results reports and the delivery of the test result reports to all parties legally involved in the testing process.

A combination of two things make a test court admissible. First, the collection process. The sample collection for a court admissible test must be performed by a neutral third party.

A form of identification is required, such as a photo ID, passport, birth certificate or social security card. Also a photo has to be taken of all parties participating in the DNA test.

Second, the laboratory performing the DNA test must be an AABB accredited facility.

No. DNA testing for the purpose of establishing paternity, maternity or any other relationship is not a health related test. There are no diagnosis or CPT codes available, which are required by insurance companies. Therefore, they are not covered by health insurance.

Buccal swabs (saliva testing) and blood samples provide results with the same degree of accuracy.

Since buccal swabs are easy and painless to collect, they are typically used in DNA tests.   

Yes. There are a few options. We can perform a paternity test using a parent or sibling of the alleged father.

A paternity test can also be performed using a sample containing the deceased alleged father’s DNA, such as, blood, hair, finger nails, toe nails or ear wax.

All of our tests results are 99.99% accurate. We test the highest numbers of DNA markers in the industry! Most DNA labs test 16 or 21 markers.

We test 24 DNA genetic markers for paternity and maternity tests and 46 DNA genetic markers for sibling, grandparent and aunt/uncle genetic tests.
